Arrival Window

We will arrive within the 2 hour arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc.  If we’re running late, we’ll give you a call.


We take pride in your satisfaction! If you are not happy with your service at all, let us know right away (same day if possible) and we will be back to make it right.


Even though we love your furry friends and would love to play with them, we require that dogs be secured so the maids can focus on making your home fresh & clean! We will charge a lockout fee if we arrive to a home with pets loose and no pet parents present.

What Do We Not Clean?

Because safety for your belongings and our cleaners is top priority, we do not clean exterior windows, chandeliers or bodily & animal fluids. We ask that floors be “vacuum ready” so our Maids can clean efficiently. 


Want under your couch or behind the entertainment center cleaned? No problem! We just require that your furniture be moved prior to us arriving. For the safety of the Maids, they will not move anything over 25 pounds.


Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes before 5 p.m. the day before service to avoid incurring a $70 cancellation fee. Part of this fee goes to our cleaners to compensate them for not getting paid that day.


A hold will be placed on your card one day before service, but you are not charged until service is completed and you will receive an email invoice instantly. Please note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just pre-authorization.
