- Move appliances that are connected to gas or water
- Service clients who are disrespectful to our staff
- Haul trash off-site
- Lifting and moving heavy furniture, appliances, etc (anything over 25 lbs or requiring another person’s assistance)
Cleaning Services Explained:
We offer 4 simple cleaning services for your home, apartment or rental property.
- Basic / Recurring Cleaning: For those who have used our service or another professional cleaning service within the 30 days.
- Deep Cleaning: Top to bottom cleaning of your home. Best for first time customers!
- Move In / Move Out: Includes everything in our deep cleaning package plus more! Property MUST be empty. Water & Power must be on
- Hourly Cleaning: Have something unique or specific you need clean not listed? Hire us by the hour!
Before we arrive: We ask that you remove any clutter, piles of clothes or access items before our arrival. This allows our Maids to CLEAN efficiently and effectively. If the home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days or has excessive buildup, we highly recommend you select our “Deep Cleaning” option to the booking as shown below:
Once we arrive: Any work performed outside the regular scope such as de-cluttering or organizing will be charged at our hourly rate prior to starting the actual service. This applies to any situation that would prevent us from initiating our cleaning services at arrival. If the home has not been cleaned professionally within the last 30 days or has excessive buildup, we reserve the right to add the “Deep Cleaning” service to the booking.
